Stakeholders
The stakeholders of the Park are those entities that are involved either in the administration or management thereof, or the issue of regulations affecting the Park: these include:
1. The Estates Management Department, which controls the land in the park, which is state property.
2. MEPA the regulator and competent authority responsible for Natura 2000 sites in the Maltese Islands
3. The Majjistral Nature and History Park Management Board
4. The Federation of Park Mangers, consisting of Din L-Art Ħelwa, Gaia Foundation and Nature Trust.
5. The Malta Maritime Authority
6. The Malta Tourism Authority
7. The Malta Resources Authority
8. The Mellieħa Local Council
There are also a number of business concerns and other entities carrying out activities in or adjacent to the Park. These include:
1. The Gaia Foundation, which manages an integrated coastal management project in Għajn Tuffieħa, which borders the Park
2. Birdlife (Malta), which manages the Foresta 2000 site and the Ghadira Nature Reserve and bird sanctuary close to the Park.
3. The Malta Scouts Association, managing the Għajn Tuffieħa camp site.
4. The Association of farmers in the Park.
5. Għajn Tuffieħa Horseriding
6. The Radisson Golden Sands Resort
7. Tanti’s Restuarant
8. Munchies Restaurant
9. Borg Water Sports.
